Meeting Minutes

Saturday, Oct. 11th 2014 at 10:40 am Richard Barnhouse open the meeting.


Talked about having meetings on Skype the 3rd Saturday of each month at noon until spring.  This will give us time to apply for our grants to help with finances.


Also Richard brought up that he found a site on the computer call E connection where you can find tablets etc. at a great price.


Richard also said, we should try to check out the:  “Billionaire Club”

They are a club that help finance people with their money if they are interested in their project.


“Fort Salam“: is a site that Richard brought up and told us that we should check out.  It is about 5 miles from his daughter Theresa’s house. He said, it is about the size of a football field and the shape of an U.  Said, we would like to find the “EYEBALL”  (the portal) which opens the door way to all sites we are looking for.    He said, there is a man there they call BEAR who is a 30 rank in the Masons and, he could give us a lot of information we needed on the site, etc.


Also said in Adam County there is a site called, “FOOT PRINT” on RT 52.

Said to be about 600 years old.  The story goes that a man photo the site and there was huge rock there.  But the rock has been moved and there is a very shallow ark that the time and is a very Important site.


There is another site by Cincinnati by Fort ANCIENT by Lebanon that we need to check out.  It is on private property so will have to get permission to check out the site.  It is said, to have dual snakes on it and there is a RED CEDAR pole there also.


We also brought up that we should purchase Indians shirts saying:  We Are Woodland Indians.
